Shipping information
If you are shipping an ECU to Unitronic Chipped for installation, update, upgrade or warranty, please follow these simple steps:
Step 1
Please fill out pages 2-3-4 of The Unitronic Shipping Form and make sure to include detailed information. You want to include your return shipping address, contact information, and credit card information for billing purposes. Please make sure that your credit card expiration date and CCV code are present! Your Signature is required! If it’s an update, upgrade or warranty claim please specify what is needed or what the problem is. It is important to include precise information so we can process your order accurately and without any delays!
Step 2
Next, you want to place your ECU and the completed Form together in a box. Please make sure your ECU is well padded inside the box to prevent from physical damage. We will not be held responsible for any damages to your package. Please use one (1) form per ECU and make sure to attach it to the right ECU when shipping multiple ECU's.

Step 4
PLEASE NOTE: You are personally responsible for all duties and taxes when shipping your ECU to us. Since the ECU will be returned to you, when filling out the Shipping documents, please make sure to write in the shipping description, "Car Control Module going for upgrade will be returned to sender, TEMPORARY EXPORT". Declaring a smaller value, such as $10 or $15 will avoid any delays in customs and extra charges such as duties and taxes applied to your final bill.
Step 5
Please use a carrier that uses a tracking system, so you can locate your package at all times! Using a ground service such as USPS can cause long delays which can take up to two weeks.
